I have been working at iTrain Direct full-time (Less than a year)
Relatively young, ambitious company that offer great opportunities and support in developing your skills and progressing with the company. Supportive culture created by all employees and management to make sure you are always prepared for any task required of you. Great management that reward the hard work required by employees. Regular team lunches and working from home when possible are added benefits.
Personally not a con but the job requires regular travel that may not suit all but management are flexible in rewarding time back when travel out of working hours is required.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at iTrain Direct (Manchester, England) in June 2017.
It started with an informal meeting where we discussed potential roles. After this I was invited back to an interview where I spoke with one of the directors and discussed what I could offer, and the possible tasks that may be included in this position.
