    Pros

Fast-growing meaning there's always lots of new opportunities. There is still a start-up feel to the company with a collaborative working environment and very helpful people surrounding you.

    Cons

Coffee is not great (although it is free)

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at loveholidays (London, England) in March 2017.

    Interview

The whole process was pretty fast, first a quick phone interview, then an exercise and then a face to face. Until the face to face everything was ok. I flew to London and the interview lasted several hours, I was asked things related to the position and to my cv, and then I was asked a certain amount of questions that had nothing to do with my role. Overall I talked with at least 4 or 5 different persons (for a normal dev interview, not for a CEO role). Then I had a chat with the cto who started asking me tricky questions and mind tricks. Overall? Almost a nightmare, I couldn't wait for everything to be over and I am glad I did not get an offer.
