    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at mako (Israel) (Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)) in August 2016.

    Interview

    First I sent CV,
After 1-2 days I had a phone call from a human resources representative, who did a short investigation about my background, and told me that will forward my details to the specific person in charge of the position I am seeking, so if relevant, I will be contacted soon.
After 1 day had a phone call from the person in charge of the position, who explained to me about the position and made sure if it is relevant for my aspirations.
Sent me a home assignment on mail, gave me 2-3 days to work it out, and I did.
4 hours after I send via mail my answers had a phone call that clarified me I did well and we should meet.

    Interview Questions

    • Phone calls interviews were about past experience and what I am looking for.
The home assignment was not challenging (for me at least), but required some effort and thought.
In the meeting I was asked about my past experience, what I am looking for and the bottom line - what are my Salary expectations (did not want to say how much they are willing to offer).   1 Answer
