A fantastic place to cut your teeth on the world of recruitment. Main pro's would be: - Interesting range of sectors to recruit within - Solid management structure, lots of experience within the leadership network - Nurturing workplace, unlike other recruitment firms mustard actually allow you to bed in before targets are implemented - Open to ideas of growth and movement - Their entrepreneurial spirit is very much alive, if you have a good idea it will be listened to and actioned - Personable owners, very much hands on - Ability to work autonomously and run your desk how you want, provided it's getting results - Fantastic location, the new office is great - Commission scheme is solid, serious money to be made - You get out what you put in, if you work hard you will succeed - A real melting pot of personalities, which you don't see in most recruitment firms - No matter what level in the business you are, the company figures and forecasts are available monthly - Lots of social events

- Full time in the office for most (as an ex-manager I don't see that as a con, but perhaps some people would)
