Pros
The people are incredible and there's plenty of opportunities for learning and progression. Despite being a hybrid team, there's still a lot of connection between the team and support is always there if you need it - and I wouldn't feel uncomfortable asking for it either.
Cons
It can be a little difficult to switch off after work because the days are so fast-paced with a lot going on - though management are always actively seeking ways to help employees with this.

Interview
In both interviews held by ScarlettAbbott time commitments about responses and process updates were made and frequently broken. Follow-up emails and contact efforts were at several points ignored by the company. The interview process was a single interview followed by virtually no communication for several weeks. In the rare event of communication from the company I was presented with very similar excuses revolving around "annual leave." The entire process on both occasions ended up feeling incredibly disingenuous. On the first occasion ScarlettAbbott "withdrew the role for undisclosed reasons." On the second, they failed to communicate for so long that I took on a freelance role! I was then sent an email which explained that they had gone forward with another candidate. Overall, the interview processes were so poor, I was dissuaded from accepting any potential offer.InterviewVague questions about the "Nature of project scoping" and "How I approach a tough client." Very little technical questions applied in the interview.
