Together with Save the Children and The LEGO Foundation, we’ve helped bring more play to the kindergarten curriculum in Yunnan, China ❤️ The project is part of a three-year, US$ 2.3 million partnership with Save the Children in China. It aims to improve access to quality Learning through Play for children aged 3-6 in the predominantly rural Yunnan Province, where the quality of preschool education has been falling behind when compared with that of urban areas. This project is one of many contributions to the progress we have made on our sustainability journey in the first half-year of 2021.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund)

After I applied for the particular position on, I got contacted by an external recruitment consultant and we had a very pleasant virtual meeting. I got a good impression of the job position, the requirements and what kind of person they were looking for. He also made me feel comfortable enough to share who I really am and not feeling intimidated of any sorts.
I was then lucky enough, to be invited in for a second virtual interview. This time with the hiring manager and new hire future team mate. The atmosphere quickly became relaxed and there were room for cracking a joke every now and then.
Then, to my excitement, I was invited for the third and final virtual interview. Here was the hiring manager, recruitment consultant and an other manager . For this interview I had prepared a small assignment, which I showcased. The hiring was smiling and grinning all the way through my demo, as he told me afterwards, he completed the task the exact same way as I had. The conversation afterwards was very pleasant and I really felt like I was a perfect match for the position. As it turns out, so did they.
This was my 12'th application for a position at LEGO within 12 months and the 3'rd interview process for a position. The 2 times prior, I was rejected after the 3rd and final interview.
I've never had such a pleasant interview process as this one, everyone involved was very skilled at making the process very transparent and pleasant.
