I have been working at uberall full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Whilst I am very early into my journey at Uberall, my first impressions are hugely positive. The company is clearly moving at pace and has built upon its solid foundations and existing talent with some great recent hires (past 1-2 years). Senior leadership appear to genuinely care about the values & culture within Uberall and the product capabilities - both existing and future - should excite everyone. Having interviewed and on-boarded in the midst of Covid, I should also give credit to the Talent / Hiring team who were extremely professional throughout. My final comment is to give a big thank you to everyone who has extended a warm welcome (many!) during my remote on-boarding.

    Cons

As with any start-up, things move at pace so you have to be self-driven, receptive to change and willing to take the initiative. There are an abundance of smart, driven and highly approachable people at Uberall so my advice is to take the time to actively connect and nourish those relationships.

    Advice to Management

It's rather early for me to comment however... Based on anecdotal / team feedback, a continued focus on improving the communication and collaboration across the regions would provide obvious business benefits (I'm pretty sure this is already on the radar!)

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at uberall.

    Interview

The process started with a recruiter calling me to discuss my previous experience and motivation for joining Uberall - at the end he did say that my profile is very interesting for them and he would like me to meet the hiring manager as the next step. I researched and prepared well for the interview, what I can't really say about the hiring manager. He clearly haven't looked at my CV prior to the interview as he didn't prepare relevant questions. He only asked me questions for around 15 minutes and then let me ask him some questions which was another 15 minutes and the interview finished after just 30 minutes which is shocking. To add more insult, he never offered me anything to drink prior to the interview . I wasn't surprised a week after it to receive a generic email telling me I won't be progressed for the last round, no specific feedback was given. Overall, very disappointing experience with Uberall.
