I have been working at |Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is lots of autonomy in the role with great support from the rest of the management team. The culture is engaging, authentic and upbeat (no phony corporate fun here!). Sure, the InterContinental London - The O2 is a stunning, luxury property, but it is the amazing staff that really make this a special place to work.

    Cons

The size and scale of the operation can be a little daunting when you are new - then again, working in such an environment can be a fantastic learning experience.
