Seriously, probably the BEST place I've EVER Worked! People are amazing - Everyone is super friendly and extremely smart. Great Benefits - New benefits added every year. New ideas and processes are welcome here. Everyone contributes and gets along well. Work \ Life Balance is the highest I've seen. Everyone here, including the top management knows you by name, and cares about you and your well being , too.

Cons

We need more people! Growing fast and there's plenty of work to go around! not really a con, but figured i'd include it here.

1EDI Source recently launched a breakthrough solution [IX] last year and recently revamped MX and PX. We have state of the art products and solutions that are unrivaled in the marketplace. Additionally we recently improved our lead generation process whereas we are getting "more" and "better" leads, we have better business intelligence tools, the website is getting a total overhaul, and we are doing more outbound marketing than ever before. The energy throughout the company is exciting and exhilarating, there is a fun, competitive and collaborative enviroment. We are moving to Sales Force Dot Com, management is providing much training and "roll up the sleeves" support, pipeline and sales are growing, and the infrastructure is constantly being upgraded. Love the Bistro on site....so nice and convenient

Cons

1 EDI Source is a cutting edge company and not a place for those who want to just "coast". If however, you want a place to grow, develop, and make some good money...this is the pace for you.
