1. Highlight the overloaded issues to RO but nothing was done. RO still thinks the work are fairly distributed among the staff and they don't understand why the staff think themselves are being overloaded. Do they really understand what the ground staff are doing and also their work? Or in the first place do they even bother to understand?! 2. Staff are so overloaded with work and RO roles are just delegation. The lowest level are the one suffering as the delegation work are from top down. 3. No appreciation for the staff hardwork. Promotion only goes to the HOD / RO pets. The pets can be doing the least work and also not knowing their work but yet still be promoted. Hardwork doesn't paid off and only favoritism is being practiced. 4. We are finance shared services, however some of the work are not even part of FSS scopes. Why the senior management cannot be firm and don't accept the work / push the work back to the institution?! Just because we are service provider and we need to take up whatever job that institution do not want to do?! Is this why 1FSS is formed?! What is the whole intention of forming 1FSS?! Please reflect. 5. Are the ROs accounting trained (some don't even understand simple accounting concept)?! They don't seems to be good in their own area of work and neither are they equipped with the leadership materials and ability. 6. HODs and Senior Management's time can be better spend at looking at bigger picture rather than always scrutinizing at tiny unimportant matter.

Favouritism is prominent in the department. if you expect to grow your career in this department, you need to manage your expectation. it is not based on meritocracy, it is based on favoouritism .Those that HOD favour is not because of their performance, it is because they are good apple polisher. HOD and ROs set up unrealistic target that nobody cannot achieve.if there is any complaint, they will try to push the blame to the staff, is this how HOD and ROs should behave? HOD is good in talking ,but all is empty talk.
