      Decent compensation. I think they really believe in their product

      Cons

      Free lunches usually come with a forced meeting where people pray and give testimonials. Managers constantly spying on you even when they don’t come in to the office. No clear development track and lots of technical debt. Not honest people

      Cons

      Mixed messages, favoritism, BAD forecasting, Over Hires and has no problem with letting employees go after realizing the error. No future because of instability.

      Pros

      Great service that helps lots of people. Lots of great frontline people that truly care!

      Cons

      Leadership is running this into the ground. They don’t address any of the causes, just blame a select few while others get to do whatever they want. Culture has gone from amazing to toxic in a matter of months. They tell people they are doing a great job and then they are gone days later. CEO is rarely around and now daily stand ups have stopped so communication is non-existent.
