    I worked at 5CA part-time

    Pros

    - reliable and on time salary - flexibility with days off and schedule - very cool team members and in general very young and multicultural work environment - you can work from anywhere as long as the internet is good - no experience needed - you gain pretty good experience in a big international company - possibility of a raise to superior levels - ongoing feedback from superiors on how to do a better job

    Cons

    - some projects are very stressful as there are little agents yet high demand - no real contract as work from home agent - no holidays, no paid sickness time - no social security - legal grey zone because you should pay taxes and have a private insurance as a freelancer in your homecountry which makes the salary very low

    Advice to Management

Somehow regulate the work from home agreements and make real contracts

I have been working at 5CA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good organization and working environment for the work from home agents

    Cons

procedures about promotions or salary rises aren't clear and vary depending on the project, I think the biggest the project the less an agent will have chances to get promoted

    I have been working at 5CA full-time

    Pros

Decent enough pay for 3rd World Countries, WFH, fun field (games and tech)

    Cons

The higher ups are very incompetent and out of touch with agents, no room for growth, and employees are treated as disposable and inhumanly frequently. Higher ups are very aggressive and only demand numbers without even knowing the face of the employees or what they ordered the project to do themselves. The company also uses a lot of inconsistent tracking measures and software and do all they can to avoid paying and treating the employees better, people work for years for less than minimum wage in some places with no room for raises or promotions. They also always blame the agents for anything that happen even if it was not the agent's fault or if it's a very complicated and useless procedure that the agents had issues with. 4 people that started with me less than 3 months ago already quit.

    Advice to Management

Please make some room for interaction between agents and project leads, and the other higher ups, please make sure the chain of communication is clear and better, and stop the stupid culture of changing project procedures impulsively and frequently. People are not numbers, agents are not slaves, say sorry for your mistakes, we are not an "amazing international team" like you tried to sell us during the hiring, for our project leads, we are minimum wage robots getting whipped to produce the most for the least money for billion dollar companies.

I have been working at 5CA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have experienced a great time at 5CA, from the onboarding you will do to learn the basics of your position and requirements to also great chances to get to a higher position if you show what you are capable of doing. Yes - the work from home approach might not be something for everyone - but if you’re confident in working from home and still following and reaching the Guidelines and goals ( which are absolutely achievable ) then it’s an awesome place with great co workers - who make you never feel alone eventho you’re so far apart !

    Cons

A lot of changes and always new people. The payment could be better but is average :)

    Advice to Management

Keep on going and give your people the chance to evolve even more internally than hiring more and more.

    Pros

Work from home Helpful team Good communication

    Cons

Work can sometimes get repetitive Your happiness will depend a LOT of the team you integrate Pay is not proportional to performance, if you live in a third world country you can explode the stats and still get paid less than someone living in a more expensive country

I have been working at 5CA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pros: 1. Work from home. That's it. 2. There are some talented people who have made a bad move in life or thought it was interesting and ended in this trash company. These people make the job better. They leave the company first chance they get a better job offer. I am looking for a better job and other people have privately told me the same thing. If you work here please make friends with your smart coworker and make private plans to leave this trash company. Get your XP and leave as soon as you can because this company is designed to use you and throw you away. The brightest people that I start the job with have left the company and all say it is trash.

    Cons

    1. Lowest pay rate they can possibly pay. 5CA hires in countries where they can pay the lowest money to people. The strategy is to hire in place like Serbia so that they can pay someone $8 to do a job that needs the skills of someone who should be paid at least $15. They charge millions of dollars a month to clients but they can pay agents the bare minimum to have some food. They do not care about us and our life at all so do not expect any kindness or empathy from them even if they show themself as a cool company online. Team leads job is to act like they care but there is not much they can do for you except give generic sentences about how much they care. Mental health and well being is never considered. There is no organisation about agent well being in the company but all the money they make is because of the slavery of low paid agents. It is disgusting to see a Dutch company treat other countries workers like this because it is illegal in their own country to do such things so they do it to other countries. 2. No benefits of any kind. You are sick? Too bad we cant pay you sick leave. Parent needs to be buried? Sorry but not sorry. No paid leave, no sick leave, no paid vacation time, no personal development allowance, no contract! You can be fired in 10 seconds while you are replying to support ticket. The only benefits to this job is that you can work from your house and some coworkers who are kind people. The rest is trash. 3. Culture of slavery. Agents are forced to work strange work times because the managers thinks this is new culture of work. Maybe they should look at other companies like Zapier, Hotjar, Trello, Automattic, Basecamp and other remote-first companies who are changing the culture of remotely working. But they wont do it because they are still making money from clients using agents as the slaves. 4. If you speak and write basic English and can play some video games you will be hired. It doesnt matter if you are toxic, racist, sexist, harasser, or worse. If they can pay you a low pay and you can write some english or a language they need they don't care who is hired. There is a typing test and some personality quiz during the hiring that almost anyone who uses a computer can do. So there are also some toxic people working here. Some of the conversations about women coworkers and other races in private group and discords are incredible disturbing.

    Advice to Management

    1. Remove all your senior management and HR staff. The dinosaurs who live in 1995 and think that business runs like this. Make a new culture of caring for your workers, paying them a good salary with job security, with a good healthy company culture, and making a company that has interest in its workers other than money making slavery tactics. Hire based on talent, not location. 2. Stop writing fake reviews on Glassdoor. Its disturbing and everyone knows you are doing it. If you are working here and asked to do this from HR please refuse.
