Working at 77 Diamonds, has been a pleasure. Its a growing business that actually listens to the opinions of its staff members. They are passionate about the business and making a better experience for everyone. It really is a family, and I have been lucky enough to have been part of that family

Communication is the heart of everything.

The staff. They are friendly and very happy. They are willing to help you with anything you might be facing. They are highly trainned and very good at thier jobs. The management. Highly skilled and experianced in the situations that they might face. They have a passion for what they do and it shows in the work that they do and how they want their emplyees to act in the company, They lead by example. Each... one of manages in the company are friendly and approchable. Some of the happiest months I had in my carreer was working for 77 Diamonds. They are the best at what they do. You will be very lucky to have a job at such great company.

You need to work very hard. You need a great attention to detail because only the best will do.

77 has a lovely, warm and friendly working environment which encourages you to grow and express your ideas. The sales team are incredibly caring and supportive and you are guaranteed to make friends for life here. As it is a small company, your role plays a significant part and your efforts are recognised and rewarded. There are several perks such as individual birthday celebrations, team dinners, company... breakfast and lunch events and summer parties to look forward to. The company has a flat structure which means you can approach managers without hesitation. The sales managers are dedicated to the well being of their team and really make an effort to address any issues that may arise.

Cons

There is constant pressure to meet tight customer deadlines which can be very challenging. However, when things get too overwhelming you can count on your colleagues to step in and help! Due to the nature of the business, the working hours can be unsociable, but the sales managers do try very hard to accommodate personal circumstances. As the company grows, there is naturally a need for processes to be changed... and updated which can be stressful.

Advice to Management

Continue being the warm and amazing company that you are and keep listening to your employees opinions and ideas.

Pros

It's a small team, so everyone play's a big role and you never feel superficial to the company. The small team also means that there is a cozy atmosphere in the office, always Friday drinks, eat lunch with etc. As an employee, you can help shape the direction for the company and the managers are very willing to listen to everyone's ideas. It's not a hierarchical environment.

- As with most companies, communication can always be improved, either within teams, or across departments

Never stop asking questions to and for feedback from the team. The potential and experience held by everyone is huge.

A place filled with people with a lot of drive, with great ideas being shared and plans are getting implemented.

Automated systems & IT platform options are top of the range in some areas, and slightly less developed in others.

Keep on listening to feed-back and to reward top performers.

Got a lot responsibility quickly so it was a bit scary, there could have been more coffe flavours and chocolate

Buy more coffe and chocolate,
