      Company culture lacks leadership and integrity

      Decent benefits and flexible work hours

      Cons

      "Directors" at AACHC are not held to any standard. The company culture tolerates and protects racist behavior and open prejudice by leadership. No mechanism to be promoted. HR may as well be non-existent. Supervisors known to bully staff without consequence.

      Small Company. Everyone gets their own office. Casual Friday. Downtown Location.

      Cons

      Low Payrate (people that did not go to college, make more than people who did) Extreme Favoritism! Low wages. Monday Morning Chats. HR Department is lazy.

      FABulous company to work for

      Pros

      Caring, compassionate group of co-workers. Compensation was fair, great benefits, non-stuffy atmosphere.

      Cons

      While I feel like they "listened" and said the right words in response, I didn't usually feel HEARD. Perhaps I wasn't talking to the right supervisor -
