We have been operating with a work-from-home model since early in the pandemic; the majority of our workforce primarily works from home. This allows our employees to maintain a nice work-life balance – though, there are times at which things get busy and tending to home life isn’t possible during your workday.
We offer a generous benefits plan which includes healthcare, dental, paid time off/sick days, 401K match and more. And we agree, our long-tenured (senior) staff are excellent mentors for newer employees!
