Management is not receptive to feedback, deadlines are often unreachable and goalposts shift constantly. We are required to give feedback via Tiny Pulse, then reprimanded for giving it. Upper management is more focused on looking good than doing well. Communication between employees and upper management is effectively non-existent. Little flexibility was offered to employees with children during the pandemic, and ongoing pandemic safety concerns are dismissed out of hand.

- HR is absolutely horrendous and insert themselves into everything, regardless of whether or not they should be involved. - Systems are antiquated and there is no central location for data management. - No clear direction from upper management. - Staff were made to go back into the office during the middle of a pandemic, but new hires were given permanent remote status.
