Pros

Location, if that's one of your preference

Cons

-Hello lot of politics. -No recognition from leadership -Monotonous work -Chances that you might be forced to work off your skills and that too not full time, this might hamper your proficiency in your main skill as well as does not give you expertise on the temporary ones you are working -Leadership turns a deaf ear to your concerns

Employees confidence goes down

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Salary you will receive on time

Cons

Employees are treated poor 1. Developer's machines are still on rental basis even after successful implementation of 2 to 3 state development projects, they don't have any technology partners. 2. Salary incremented for 4 or 5 people of its total strength of 40 to 45 people and leaves back nothing but politics 3. If any salary related IT return queries, accounts team wont pay heed even when questioned 4. Aggressive, ill mouth & behaviour by manager leads to overthinking about self and not work.

Thanks for your feedback. We value it a lot. Unlike many IT companies, ABM projects directly deliver services to crores of citizens of India. Hence it is a high-pressure job for all ABMers, especially for managers. Despite being a challenging job for teams, it makes ABMers highly employable due to the ability to handle issues on a real-time basis and on the latest technology. This can be seen from coveted positions occupied by many ex ABMers in industry. Moreover, appraisal method followed in ABM for the past 20 years is in line with industry standard. We know that we cannot satisfy everyone and sometimes even good ones.

Hi there! The alternate working saturdays are because we have govt. clients whci usually works alternate saturdays. We are bound to follow this pilocy. also, there are many other reasons to keep such policy. HR dept. is working for ABM and ensures that employees get benefited by extra curricular activities. You might be aware that we are into many fun activities and many are about to start. HR ensures that employees should get all benefits they require in time. the login/logout time is one of our rule and is common in many corporate companies. it is for your benefit as well as for the company.
