    Thank you for the feedback. We really do have such a great Tech Support team here at A C N. We have strict schedules for our call center operations employees, but hopefully the changes we have made over the last year show we are listening and working to find ways to be more flexible in a deptarment where structure is key to the business success.     I worked at ACN full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    no really best reason of working there, but get pay

    Cons

    ACN does not have a good policy on how to manage poeple their call center is build in the way agent come to leave, you can not make carrer over ACN, the Supervisor are not knownlegeable as long as you know how to get agent work without questioning what going on you are a good Manager. there is no real bonus
