This company have a great potential and great technology, but very poor management. The management thinks they can make the employees work for very less salary for atleast almost 6 days a week. Even after work hours you will get calls from clients at 10PM or 11PM. They present freshers to the customer with 2 or 3 years experience. Now all the senior members have resigned and left the company due to this. During the lockdown, they cut the salary saying that the business is dull, but work was more. They took it as an opportunity for making more profit. This looks like a sinking ship now. Above all this, the CEO will insult /scoldyou in front of others if he sees anything wrong. Don't get fooled by the 5 stars, most of them are given by the management or HR team.
