      Office surrounding are neat. Computers and monitors are updated.

      Cons

      It has an extremely high employee turnover rate, more than 50% in the past year. Most of them were reluctant to go. Favoritism plays a huge role with top management. If you somehow become a favored person, you can be promoted for whatever position you want without having to work hard or have the related experience. If you are not a favored employee, you expect not to be promoted. They just make you work as hard as a horse without reward.
