      - exposure to lots of different processes and tools - some good and friendly colleagues to work with

      Cons

      - Arrogant CEO - Big egos - bad work/life balance - no recognition or incentive - toxic atmosphere at times

      Pros

      There are some genuinely nice people who care about each other and their clients. They aren't in senior leadership though

      Cons

      Where to start, after getting rid of the only 2 senior people who had any sort of client influence they have brought in a new team that don't perform, don't care and don't know how to service accounts
