    I have been working at ADT Security Services full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    I love working for ADT! Over the years, I have found that this is a company that not only 'talks the talk' but then also 'walks the walk'. The leaders genuinely care about their team-members and helping them both professionally and personally. In turn, the team-members genuinely care about the customers. You often hear CEO's talk about 'taking care of customers' as a priority; however ADT walks that walk with every decision or situation that arises. The company also supports the community in which they have call center and branch locations; with alot of community outreach based upon various charitable causes and supporting our local first responders.

    Cons

    Hard to think of cons. We are protecting people and the things they care about so it does require someone to be committed as our customers are relying on them to be there in their time of need.

    I have been working at ADT Security Services part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    great coworkers. Easy job once you know everything. Able to request a new work schedule after 6 months if you don’t like what you have at the beginning.

    Cons

    PTO can be hard to get if too many people already have off. Most managers seem to not really care. Training for me was not good learned most stuff on the floor working. Some days can be rough if you happen to get all the rude customer calls.

    Pros

    The pay is a lot higher than at other call centers, but that's because of the all the work you have to do.

    Cons

    First, the training staff are awesome, but the amount of training for the amount of things you have to do isnt enough. They throw you to the wolves after only a week and a half. There were entirely too many metrics, which makes the job more stressful. Also, they seemed to be understaffed because they always have training classes, overtime, and calls are nonstop. The workload and expectation were too much.

    Pros

    The pay , however you work and do everything , billing , repairs , ect

    Cons

    The management is rude and very Disrespectful , the office staff don't come to work until 9:30 or later they are all in a click. They do not know who to treat the employees. The calls are back to back non stop and they mandate in a call center.

    I have been working at ADT Security Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Started great. Recruiters were great. Great first day welcoming and meeting managers. Trainers were on point and helpful at first. Something happened.

    Cons

    Just weeks into training the trainers are just absent and not as supportive as they were. Classroom and call area have become a free for all with other reps acting distracting and unprofessional. Either the trainer is nowhere to be found or they just ignore whats going on when they are. I am worried I will not be ready to work at the end of this circus.

    Decent pay, lots of overtime available

    Cons

    understaffed so back to back call volume virtually always, many deceptive sales practices that lead to confused and irate customers to deal with

    My manager was cool Unlimited overtime

    Cons

    Upper management does not know what they're doing. No incentives You're going to be pushed to hit around 15 metrics. Company process and tools are unstable and old.

    Pay is good for an entry level call center job. M-F schedule.

    Cons

    High turn over. Back to back calls with no end in sight. First presented as if there were lots of opportunities for growth, you quickly learn there is not.
