The people. All levels of the organization are filled with great people and every one is accessible, from the newest hire all the way up to the President. Hard work pays off big time.

      Cons

The industry isn't for everyone. There are high stakes and it is fast-paced, which is great for some, but not for all.

      Pros

I think the headline says it all. I work with the most positive, resilient, hard-working, helpful, and driven team I have ever worked with. We all help each other when needed and provide each other support no questions asked. I proud to go to work with my team and to have the chance to work with the best consultants in the industry. Flexible work environment with amazing, understanding leadership.

      Cons

I would say there are very little cons to working at AIM. I can't think of any at the moment.

      Pros

This company excels at communication. As a contractor I appreciate the inclusion in the ALL Hands, Lunch & Learns and all the cool DEI initiatives. My recruiter is engaged, ensuring continuation of work. It would seem AIM has a lot of opportunities, so I have stayed with AIM for some time now. AIM pays well and has rad projects.

      Cons

Benefits way too expensive. Negotiate a higher comp to ensure you don't take a hit if you need insurance.
