      Some talented well-meaning scientists and engineers on team Occasional glimpses of innovation (mostly theory not in execution)

      Cons

      Senior leadership making things up as they go along and more focused on making cool graphics or flashy presentations than building a sustainable product/business model Major internal conflicts, former CTO currently suing company for violating DOD contract Culture of secrecy and spin led by Head of HR with lack of transparency from top to bottom
