Wasted my time by working here. No learning opportunity. They will not allow you to think and suggest good design. You just have to follow whatever they say and code. Too much politics. Too much slavery . U will be asked to do lot of CEO's house work similar to constable doing inspector household works in ktv movies. U will not get any IT flexibilities like work from home, flexible times, weekend allowance, shift allowance, or anything. No pantry no cafeteria no parking ... U will get waterry tea , cockroach puff . U have to eat here. U cannot go out for breaks. You can see naukri app installed in everyone's phone. I think recent naukri ad was inspired from this company. I regret coming here everyday. Lost my happiness when I joined here. 85% of the employees are searching for job. Others are either boot lickers or don't have IT skills to get another job.

All manager are selfish who safely play for there job security, never raise there voice for the employees at any point. They all are trained for LEVEL 1 SLAVES really sad. Appraisal are equal for all employee for performer and non performer they never care about that, depends on management mind. If we raise any issue to manager or HR they simply tell it is management discussion. No body will help. Especially HR don t have power to solve. Because he also trained as SLAVE. Zero process. Family based company. Bad Infrastructure. No culture. No celebration. No out door (from company started to till now). But management will enjoy there life. No appreciation.
