Easy work environment & great people. Management knows the job of collections isn't a fun one so they go over above to show their appreciation for their employees... random giveaways & monthly games with prizes, gift cards and bonuses. Standing desk option, lunch provided periodically, easy to request time off, weekly pay, 401k match. Traning and skills to improve and increase bonuses is there if you ask for it. Great location off Barrett Pkwy & 41 allows for lots of lunch options or running errands on break and after work simple. Plus the lake and walking trail around the building is makes for beautiful breaks when it's not raining ;)
Cons
Health insurance is not good coverage unless you're someone who needs doctors and prescriptions on a regular basis. Dental & vision (health NOT required) is phenominal though!
