    Some really great colleagues to work with. They were willing to train you for most departments.

    Depending on the store, they weren't always great for sending you to training for management positions.

    Fast paced, no time to get bored, good basic pay plus shift allowance, paid breaks

    Cons

    Very physically demanding, job is harder as you get older, constant monitoring of your pick rates and down time
