      Pros

      lots of good people work there and the pay is not bad, plus there is plenty of overtime at time and a half.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of politics between the warehouse staff and the office staff. the job can get quite repetitive

      Pros

      Very thorough training. I had a great supervisor. Offered incentives.

      Cons

      Low pay: $11.60 an hour isn't enough to handle escalated calls. Lacking diversity. I think they were too worried about affirmative action. I felt like the odd woman out.

      Pros

      The work is in an exciting and growing field: Robotics. Lots of work coming down the pipeline, and the company is growing and changing, and getting better all the time. It's a good place to be.

      Growing pains as the company continues to grow and change.
