Pros
A good place to gain experience as a junior but don't look for anything else
Cons
1- bad management with bad resource management 2- no appreciation for the hard work 3- the don't take into consideration that you might have a life after work. Sometimes I had to work in weekends with no overtime 4- the management and the HR will treat you badly if you ever gonna think about leaving (beware of the contract as they can add some points that will force you to stay till the end of contract and you can't leave when you want to) 5- salary average or below average 6- in my case the manager bombarded me with work when I said I am leaving the company
