Pros

I worked for more than 1 years with ATMECS.. and here is my honest review Guys please note that there are some areas where I can speak positive about this organisation. But please make sure you read Cons of this org first and come to this section.. Technology point of view 1, It is a good organisation to learn/upgrade newer technolgies like AR,VR,Cloud based,Dev ops,block chain, IOT ,JAVA etc..but make sure your personal life is also well balanced without any micromanagements/bad politics 2. onsite opportunities: but now a days even this is reduced to a lot and is given only for ppl who lick their boss shoes.. 3. Joining pay scale is high compared to other organizations 4. Timely salary credit 5. Yearly performance review : I can say its neutral. some are happy and some are not at all happy.

cons My review is purely based on QA(Testing)(automation/manual/or any testing related) Many to list: Congralutations if you have joined/about to join: Adventure at ATMECS begins from here!!! Micro management is at its peak level(especially if you are into QA of any project) Stage1: Right from day one- They will spy you and will call you on the day of joining or within a week to check and see if you are still looking for a change outside..they call from a diff no's with diff org name The same applies when you work for few months and upload resume for better opportunities. The first call you get is from ATMECS(spy call) to check for your availability Stage 1 clears and you are into stage 2 now.. Stage2: They don't allow you to even see your important mobile emails/messages/calls It is their policy it seems that we are not supposed to use mobile phones and make sure we work for minimum 9 hrs a day without a small refreshment also. Stage 3: Management comes and peep into your work machine without any shame to check and see if we are working or not Stage4: Even for unplanned leaves(like if you are sick then in such cases also you are supposed to inform in advance)and need to inform for how many days you will be sick(god would know for how many days you can be sick and they need that ans from you,so they can inform to the client) the same applies for your unplanned WFH(work from home), any unplanned work from home should also be properly planned and communicated before taking.. They believe in making WFH Work from home as ( work from Hell) , Guys pls dont even opt for WFH even if they offer, They will make a hell for sure. every min or so you are needed to report them Note: Forget about planned leaves Guys ( you cannot take leaves more than 2 days on a trot) if you really have a need then you need to go through hell to achieve the approval from your management. Stage5: Most of the client are US based. You are required to login in wee hours to attend daily scrum calls apart from your usual 9 hrs work. Lucky you are if you do not have daily client calls There is hardly anything HR management can do if you go and complain anything against your lead/manager/or any upper management, Because even the HR team is with those worst management side and they hardly care about you. General Cons: Scary but applies to almost all **If you have joined as fresher then there is a bond of 2/2.5 yrs through which you are supposed to sign, and if you have to break the bond then you got to pay 1 lac amount.(approx) ** It is located in manikonda village which is far from IT hub and no transport facility given, ** Believe me there is no proper in house canteen, it is managed by Lanco hills building and the food is worst there ** No activities like team lunch/team outings/ ** Not a square feet of place for any gaming activities ** 8/ 10 employee(QA) are not at all happy with this organisation due to said cons above ** Final stage: Disclaimer: Very few ppl can get this offer. If you are a developer and there is no active work for you that can be billable from client then Kudos, you are now eligible for this amazing offer.. You will be onboarded to a new and exciting testing project where you need to start doing manual testing/automation testing.. if you refuse to do then you are fired on the same day itself. because you are now no worth for them(no billing from you from client) Case 2: DOT NET Developer, you worked on a dot net project for few months and suddenly your project is changed and now you are into different project(purely database performance activity) now they expect you to change your shoes to purely Database and start giving the desired outputs from day 1. : I havent seen this kind of worst management in my entire IT life before.. If you think your org is showing you bad micro management then trust me this org is more worse than yours.. So guys before joining this org. my sincere request is..Strictly avoid joining this org even if you have options to grow your technical skills

Pros

As if , at least a call center will have pros , this company is ₹@&@

Cons

Everything You have to kiss up to the management to get a job or get a hike or to even get work And once you get it , you are not done you have to keep kissing or else you’ll get threatened to get fired Also remember to call everyone SIR here or else they’ll behave as if they have a stick up their &@@ every time you talk to them If you have any ideas of your own keep it to yourself , they won’t listen to you , just remember you are a slave to them and do whatever they say and enough you’ll get your salary and you can go home if that’s what you want ATMECS is the meaning of inequality , a guy who just knows how to kiss up has more salary than the person who actually works that’s the system here

Pros

Most of the below pros depend and varies from project to project and may not be experienced all by a single person and there is a very very rare chance for you if you are in QA:- - Good salary and Perks - Flexible work timings (In very few projects) - Onsite opportunities (Decreasing nowadays and applicable if you are good in licking) - Higher authority is easy to reach out to - Some good projects to work on with technologies like IOT, Block-chain, AR/VR, AI-Machine learning, etc - Work From Home option easily available( Varies between projects) - Employee friendly work environment (Good for women too) - The learning experience is nice for freshers in some projects and for experienced candidates also - Sometimes good work is appreciated

Cons

Most of the below points are specific to QA team:- - Leaving at 6P.M. is treated as a crime in QA because nobody sees that you came to the office at 9A.M., completed daily work and then also you need to log in from home at night for scrum calls - Taking leaves is also a huge crime and after very very hard work you may get leave or work from home option. - Most of the leaves will be lost at the end of the year and still if you want to take leaves, you will have to work on weekends. For applying Sick leaves also you need the plan and give intimation in prior 2-3 months that you are going to fall Sick due to this and this disease for X days and then only it will be approved otherwise loss of pay. Also, if you are taking unplanned sick leave(which is the natural way), you will be taunted that yesterday this person was fine in office how come ye fall sicked today. - The person from any technology will be asked(or sometimes forced indirectly) to work on any other technology for billing like from Dev to QA. - You should take breaks and go to pee(or to drink water) with your project team members only going with another project (domain/technology) members is the crime and will be pointed out.(QA) - You will be judged, taunted and will lose good hikes and projects if you are caught interacting with opposite gender person outside office not allowed and this is also treated as a crime(Especially applicable for freshers). - Presence of nontech managers drains good employee's brains and the new initiative is rarely entertained. - No birthday/Anniversary wishes during notice period from managers( OK this may be considered as valid) - Freshers are hired with bond and are made to work like slaves - No team outings, lunch, and dinner, or other employee welfare activities(Specially in QA) - Experienced candidates also will be treated like slaves,Unnecessary follow ups, pointing of mistakes when there are none just to time-pass., etc - 12 hours of daily work is expected even if you can complete your assigned work in 8 hrs you are expected to stay for 10-12 hrs. You are expected to work on weekends as well without any desired reasons - Some people of higher authority use 'F' word more often with junior employees and talks with very bad attitude with no respect and professionalism at all. - Employee request and concerns are moderately entertained. -Very bad cafeteria..but there is no other option for employees
