      Employees are good people that deal with an ugly executive staff

      Cons

      The CEO & COO constant bickering about one another to the staff. Continuous poor decision making. Treat employees like they are worthless and only care about hiring ex- employees from Corelogic. If your not from Corelogic your worthless to them.

      Decent pay, hard-working and talented employees, friendly management at all levels

      Cons

      No raises, promotions not based on talent and hard work, no concern for poor company morale or individuals, no opportunity for growth or advancement, lack of direction preventing potential from coming to fruition, poor business decisions made at high levels with no communication to affected departments

      Nice kitchen and break room; nice employees; lots of parking. Upper management has good reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      No annual raises. Little room for growth. No 401K. Average pay. Expensive healthcare. Value products more than people, and tend to be very cliquish.
