You can explore yourself. No one is there to stop you from doing new things.

Cons

No work culture, No management, No leaves, It only depends on boss mood. Expect 1 days work in 2 hours. 10-11 hours of work timing, you are expected to work from home on holiday. you cant take leave even if you are seek and show a certificates.
