    Pros

Flexible working patterns - zero hour contracts.

    Cons

A lot of people working on different shifts as there are zero hour contracts - can be difficult to get enough hours if you want more than you are currently doing.

    Pros

    - The discount is fairly decent

    Cons

    - Hardly scheduled in for shifts, but then they will call and expect you to come in last minute. - Management have high expectations for such low pay, but the nature of the contract forces means that if you do not hit your targets, they will simply stop scheduling you in

    Boring

Jan 22, 2014 - Sales Associate (Model) in Manchester, England
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

You get discounts on the clothes and essentially it is a very easy job. You literally just stand in the dark folding clothes and greeting people and occasionally working on the till. You get to chat to the other employees whilst the managers aren't around.

    Cons

The same music is played every day, it stinks of the perfume and you could be left on the same station for all 4 hours of your shift
