A complete waste of time. This company glorifies itself as a professional business when in reality its just a door to door sales. The hours are absurd and completely unrealistic. There isn't any base pay or OT for the number of hrs put into the job. its a frat house that takes pride in employing naive, salesman to do their dirty work. Many hrs are wasted in Pep rallies and Sale pitches. Its a complete waste of time.

No base pay, crazy hours, zero benefits, the commission itself would be nice if you were selling a reputable product (you're not: Verizon Fios). There's a complete lack of experience within the office, the longest running employee has only been with the company for two years. Even the owner has only been there for a year. Not to mention that once you get to a leadership position you have to pay your own trainees. The company is basically a glorified pyramid scheme.
