Pros

Taking care of clients in a home setting helps the families and the patients. Nice to have the autonomy to care for people in this way. Access was very helpful in supporting employee needs and questions concerning clients. Access was also very flexible with schedule changes if the need arose as well.

Cons

Sometimes the expected time spent with each patient was less than desired by the patient for optimal client care and education. Sad to have to leave promptly when more could be accomplished.This is likely the result of insurance /medicare shortcomings rather than company deficits or policies however.
