      None I can think of.

      Cons

      The company haven't a clue how to run the business. Old policies and bullying tactics. Anyone half decent left a couple of years ago and the ones that are left can't be arsed to leave but want to.

      You have done something terrible and feel like you deserve severe punishment.

      Cons

      A complete mess; the whole senior management team is a bunch of amateurs. There is not a single person you talk to that is happy. Everyone talks about quitting. There is no recognition unless you lick some boots.

      Thorough training, good staff members

      Pay is a very low for a company that expects you to lone work alot, job description grows from sales to cleaning up if the store is fully staffed to being expected to carry out minor repairs
