Free transport and evening snacks. HR events happens frequently. Festival bonus. Work life balance is good. Job security is good. Better annual hike compared with other service companies in Kolkata.
Cons
Sum assured for parents for medical insurance not sufficient. No provision to increase the same. Lack of product learning and visibility for Java developers. Business mostly resides in Oracle. No work from home. Slow vertical growth in terms of hierarchy. No onsite opportunity.
