Pros
Very fast paced environment, never a dull moment. Typically no traffic problems as company is in a rural area, cows in a field across the street.
Cons
Problems with staff levels vs projects due. Project priorities sometimes change daily. Office culture is very bad for employee moral and some senior managers treat you like a child. No possibility for promotion, company culture is engrained to no internal promotion.
