I have been working at Accuity full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good place to learn the work, especially as a fresher.

    Cons

The company is very sales oriented. The product teams are not tech savvy. Which unfortunately means the company doesn't belong in the 21st century. It's not a tech company, just a company that uses "IT".

I have been working at Accuity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Location and work-life balance. Friendly and multi-cultural team

    Cons

Sales might be ok if they don’t think too much what snake oil they sell. Technical departments are a joke. A lot of really good professionals managed by incompetent people and projects run by really uninformed ego-driven businessmen. Claim to build a modern web based software, but not fit to it at all. Hard to push anything through. Would say that project-wise and process-wise they’re stuck in early 2000’s. Ruined projects mean finding scapegoats in tech teams. Except some small perks, bonus system and pay raise are a joke.

I worked at Accuity full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Genuinely can't think of any

    Cons

Accuity is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Found the team in London to be really unfriendly and hugely unprofessional. It's a very selfish work team were people are unwilling to help new joiners and you feel as though you are stepping on peoples toes. There are one too many jumped up egos on the sales team and management need to take a stronger approach to deal with this. They are going to continue to lose new talent if they continue to let the existing team take over. I left the firm within a few months and a fellow new joiner albeit from a different office is leaving as well. HR team virtually non-existent and lower level management weak and very defensive. Would strongly advise people to avoid the firm.

I have been working at Accuity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good Work Life Balance, great working environment - people are friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Salaries are 10-15% below that of other financial companies. Very Sales orientated, so other departments tend to be over-looked - no financial incentives/bonus.

I worked at Accuity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Training is ok and a good company to start your career in AML Compliance Sales. Fruit deliveries to the office. 28 days holiday.

    Cons

Bad management that sits on the fence and scarred of making decisions even if it means you are struggling. Very low salaries comparing to competitors in London. There was cases were people never got the role they applied for. A few girls were uncomfortable with a certain manger's look that he gave them. Promotions are far in between and not necessarily the best candidate gets the promotion.
