    Flexible hours Lots of training and resources available

    Cons

    Starting pay is not too bad but you don’t really get raises very often and if you should get one to standards to receive one are extremely high there’s not a whole lot of incentive for employees to be better

    Flexible hours. Weekends holidays off. Generous PTO.

    Cons

    Mileage reimbursement is terrible. Pays for gas but does not come close to paying for wear and tear on your vehicle.
