I have been working at Acosta part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work at your own pace within budgeted times.

    Cons

No pay raises, fluctuating hours, fluctuating responsibilities. This is a fine place to work in a short term capacity but they have broken almost every promise they made to me over the years or taken as long as possible to follow through on them.

I have been working at Acosta part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Arrange your own schedule and work on your own

    Cons

No raises. And they send you to multiple stores as visiting rcm so you wont be considered for full time. The travel reimbursement is tiered so if you travel much you wont be paid well. Insurance is a pain.

I have been working at Acosta part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Making your own schedule is about the only pro at this point.

    Cons

1: no raises, ever ... 5 years vs new hire making exact same thing. 2: currently losing a lot of clients = losing hours for merchandisers 3: hours are inconsistent, feast or famine. 1 month you may have 40 hour weeks and the next lucky to get 10 hours for the whole month. 4: management does not care and probably has no idea who you are. Have had my direct manager for over 2 years and have never met him in person 5: field reps are not appreciated at all and are not included in anyway. Example, offices often have picnics/holiday parties/reward lunches etc... field reps are not included in anything and are in no way alternately compensated. 6: field reps can work anytime 24/7... bad area management tells them "I'll only be available and only answer my phone Mon-Fri 7am-3pm"... ok and if I have a problem at 3 on a Saturday? 7: no chance for a promotion for field reps. 8: Same complaints have been listed for years on yearly survery about pay but nothing is ever addressed or done.
