Hello Friends,
I had worked in Acro Technologies for less than a year, the reason why i left this company because not for one reason i.e salary but for lot of other reasons which are
unavoidable.
1. Regarding the office timings, I had been guided by HR that office timings are 9.30 to 06.30 pm but as soon I joined I dint left the company not even one single day
on time and if you are at SSE level or Lead you are sure to attent Client calls which makes you to stay late till 10 pm and On another day you need to come to office
as per timings.
It is written in Labour court that no employee can work for more than 9 hours a day and 45 hrs per week but in this company I have seen such kind of foolish,deceitful
and insolently environment that employees are working for more than 12 hours per day (from almost one year including weekends/holidays) which makes you totally
unhealthy and completely weak.
2. Bonus (Performance incentive) :HR seperates your salary with some % of your bonus which is provided to you after 3 months as per HR but actually given to you after
4-5 months so that they gain interest on big amounts ( I am not sure if company s having any financial issue).
3. Appraisals : As I dont want to see this phase, so I left this stage for me as Appraisal takes 5-6 months for approval from Senior Management which I dont know where
are the top Management sitting (At heaven or Hell).
4. I came to know about the new policies that are untolerable..... If you are staying late 10-11-mid night, you will a relaxation to come at MOST 10:30 AM ONLY...NEW
RULE BY NEW HEAD...other get ready to ashamed in CONFERENCE ROOM including all other team member s of your project...nd threatened to deduct the salary...LATEST HAI!!
5. Regarding the leaves policy, you are not allowed to take any leaves even if you are seriously Ill either you are called from Home or work from home.
6. No extra remunerations and other perks for crucial work and extra ordinary things not even once in 6 months.
7. No Learnings as there are only few projects which makes you with in the boundary wihtout any new advancement of technologies.
So friends please have a thought once and go for some small company rather this.!
