      Pros

      The technology had potential with a team of great R&D staff but micro management and lack of direction ruined any potential this company had.

      Cons

      Some management staff are great and amazing leaders, but others, including the CEO are an absolute nightmare. If you wish to be micro managed every minute then this is the place for you. There is no career growth and I fear for the mental well being of the current staff.

      the coworkers were good people, the technology is a cool idea

      the leadership is very cheap, disorganized, don’t care about workers, just interested in appearing successful to investors and assigning blame
