      Super Small Company that Pays Well and Supports its Employees

      Pros

      This is a small contractor that works with the Intelligence Community. The owners and administrative staff value their employees, pay well, provide excellent benefits, and endeavor to build a community by holding regular company gatherings and events.

      I did not encounter any.

      Pros

      Pay and Benefits are very competitive. 11% 401k contribution (not match, just straight up contribution, vests immediately) Leadership. Owners and founders are just overall quality people that show they care through their actions, not just their words. Growth opportunities and flexibility in choosing work. Small company feel yet has very good job security.

      Cons

      Pay is so high that I have to spend time figuring out how I'm going to invest this extra money (This is a joke, pls don't lower my pay ;] )

      Pros

      Professional, approachable and responsive owners create an inclusive, family atmosphere. Great growth potential, competitive salaries, bonuses, profit sharing, excellent benefits. The owners pay attention, match you to the right jobs, and are vested in your success. They constantly provide opportunities for diversification and training, if so desired.

      Currently no "work from home" opportunities available.
