Mixed culture - some of the staff are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, however, most are clock-watchers who will only do their hours regardless of productivity. Lack of direction - it definitely needs a consultant to define clear company processes. Too many legacy staff - unwilling to change or embrace new ways of working or innovation.
