I worked at Admiral Recruitment full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Opportunities for progression Some great people

    Cons

Archaic methods of working Manage by fear Promise of pay rises/promotion when you hit certain targets. When you hit them, goalposts move back and you have to continually prove yourself Board members do not care about clients, candidates and employees - just their bottom line Managers are not able to make decisions, everything has to come from the CEO who micro manages

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Admiral Recruitment full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I joined Admiral Recruitment two months ago to set up a brand new division. At the time I was not looking to leave the agency I was at but Paula kept in contact with me and won me over in the end. I have to say it is the best move I have made in my career so far. The offices are stunning and overlook the river.. The team have been nothing but welcoming and the MD Robin is hugely inspiring and is turning Admiral into an even better place than it was already. If you want to work for an inspiring agency who really care about their people this is the place to be.

    Cons

None that I can think of

    Cons

not many.......! as a person who has worked for more than one agency before admiral it was a breath of fresh air comparing to BA....at least these staff have manners to staff......... hourly rate could have a more flexibility i was in the office one day to see my operative (Rob) but he was not in the office that day which he told me as he had a day off..... i stood in the office for about 7 mins and no one even ask me if they can help until Anna saw me and dealt with my enquiry.... apart from that i have not a bad word to say about Admiral ...im now in a full time employment and now i book staff from them ....without worry !
