- Skilled coworkers who are friendly and eager to help - Interesting projects - You will learn a lot due to the many roles you'll have to play

Cons

- Frequent verbal abuse by upper management - Upper management lacks direction, keeps changing requirements, causes everything to be done last minute or past due - Extremely high turnover rate - Overtime is frequent, and requirements for overtime pay are extremely strict and rarely ever met for salaried workers

Little direction from upper management. Main advice - on first inteview ask about their high turnover rate, and average employee employment length term - should be less than a year or two.

Nice location. Sometimes the work is interesting (but depends on your luck).

Cons

The culture at Adsys is very demoralizing and toxic. Business-wise, the company keeps struggling to bring in new contracts and stay afloat. The CEO has a tendency to micromanage and verbally abuse his employees. This all leads to a very high turnover rate, with a good number of employees leaving in less than a year.
