      Pros

      Run, run, run, run, run.

      Cons

      Low pay, insane hours, short breaks, benefits are terrible, they micromanage like nothing I have ever seen. PLEASE do not take the job, low pay AND how you're treated is not worth it. There are better remote jobs elsewhere with higher pay and actual benefits that won't make you feel inadequate 24/7.

      My immediate supervisor she was great but after she got a promotion the next to fill her shoes did not meet the bar!! Great benefits pay is okay

      Just a number at this company and Human Resources is a joke. They are never in and NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS (Memphis Location). This was important matter that I needed to talk to them on and because of their lack of communication I was let go without any notice from my leave of absence which by the way was approved by HR (lol what a joke) then when I FINALLY GOT my letter of termination it said I Pay sucks for amount of hours and calls

      Pros

      Phenomenal support for new hires -10 weeks training, plus an additional 6 months to fully grasp the role. Benefits begin day one. 40 hours vacation time right out of training. Able to apply for new roles after 6 months in a position. VTO offered daily during slow periods.

      Cons

      The pay does not match the role. This position is very technical and intense. Mentally exhausted after every shift. This role should pay at minimum $25-30 hour
