Good people, managers do try hard to help you succeed

Cons

Parking is awful Senior managers don't care and lie to you Poor IT systems based off home networking Tiny profit margins so any excuse to not pay you more Managers ask you if you have taken your vitamins if you're sick No air con (can hit 35c) in summer No kitchen (or microwaves) Trainers who have NEVER had any training

There are not many pros. The salary has recently been increased but that is about it. That is the only pro

Cons

The shifts are fixed. The hours are too long. You don't get paid enough for what you do. The company is way too strict. You don't get paid for over time under 10 minutes. You have to be prepared to take calls by your shift start which means your working 20 minutes before shift then 10 minutes after sometimes

There are none other than your team members if your lucky enough that your face fits.

Cons

Managers are clicky and talk about staff in little groups. If u had a problem and needed to speak to your manager the whole office new about it after. Pays horrendous they didnt take into account any personal problems you may have. And didnt really care as long as your bum was on a seat.
