I worked at Aetna full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Working Monday-Friday and rarely weekends.

    Cons

Aetna is full of the worst incompetent, selfish, disrespectful managers. They also discriminate against people with disabilities, I've seen it first hand. All they care about is numbers, not the actual quality of your work. When you need help, they leave you in the dust and disappear. Management refuses to make mistakes right even when the company is at fault. Co-workers are constantly stabbing each other in the back just to get ahead. Unorganized and unethical. Stay away!!!

I have been working at Aetna full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

They offer good PTO, 401 options, and benefits. They offer tuition reimbursement as well depending on the degree. Some positions allow you to work from home.

    Cons

No chance for overtime in all departments, benefits are decent but a little high. Wish we had lower deductibles. Rotating shifts.
